The ECO invoices faxed through this morning totalled approximately $131K. 
OFM will be processing a payment for that amount today.  Tim Calkins 
contacted Mike Rodrigs the ECO VP and based on the payment received and 
the one forthcoming and our continuing communications with ECO he will be 
working to get the associates back working.  He will be contacting us 
(WRD) to find out to what extent can the associates work since we are 
under a continuing resolution.

OFM plans to continue to send daily payments as they continue to receive 
faxed invoices.
