Well, the snow storm hasn't helped us dig out from under the ECO invoice
situation. I've been communicating with Joni Freedman, the ECO staff
person who handles the USGS account. In addition to looking through the
list of invoices and faxing to OFM those that you have in hand that match,
one way we might be able to make some additional headway would be for you
to contact Joni with information about ECO invoices that you don't have (or
ones with a discrepancy). You can do this by calling Joni at 813-886-4330
or e-mailing her at jfreedman@eco.org .

The Associates checks from pre-December 16 should now be covered and in
their banks but getting the Associates back to work depends on us and ECO
verifying a substantial number of invoices and getting a large check out to
ECO. When OFM gets back to work after the blizzard they plan to issue that
check very rapidly.

Thanks. Bob
