Barb Ryan, Associate Director, asked me to send this message to all employees today, March 15. "We hav every reason to believe that President Clinton will sign a temporary continuing resolution today to fund the Department of the Interior through next Friday, March 22. Therefore, you should proceed accordingly with your work activities. In the highly unlikely event that a temporary continuing resolution is not signed by midnight March 15, you should report to work at the beginning of your next usual workday to receive instructions on how to proceed. We do not expect a shutdown of the Government to occur at this time. We remind you that we have installed hotline telephone numbers at each Regional Center. Please use these numbers for up-to-date information. The numbers are listed below:
