We need your assistance to obtain accurate numbers--personnel data by series is inaccurate and we don't want to use the directories. The goal of this exercise is to be able to analyze trends in administrative and other support staffing over a number of years in light of reductions in regulations, increased delegations, improved administrative systems, etc. Please provide the following information for your cost center to Connie Magaha (e-mail cfmagaha) by November 30, 1995. Numbers should be provided for FY 1994 after the buyout and at the end of the FY, and FY 1995 at the end of the FY. We will make a similar request after the FY 1996 buyout period and at the end of FY 1996, but would like you to project those numbers now.
