Please note the following correction to subject memorandum 
dated March 21, 1996.

Under the heading IMPROVED CONOFLOW SYSTEMS:

The Water-log series H355 system by Design Analysis Associates 
(DAA) Incorporated, is being upgraded with new software.  DAA 
is not building a new system.

We apologize for any confusion that this may have caused.
