This observance will be focusing on the rights of people with disabilities and on the contributions these individuals make to the successful performance of the Department's mission. It is essential to the future of the Department that we utilize the skills and strengths of all our employees and, as opportunities occur, open the door to employment of the most underutilized of America's work force - people with disabilities.
