     MEMORANDUM - ESPECIALLY FOR EMPLOYEES WHO ARE PART OF THE EMPLOYEE 
     EXPRESS PILOT!
     
     
     Do you know that you may be able to use a touch tone phone - or one of 
     four kiosks - to change your federal or state tax withholding?   Yes, 
     it's that time of the year - so take the simple, fast route to 
     correcting your withholding amount.  If you're in one of these 
     locations, you are part of the pilot group:  
     
     - All DOI employees in Main and South Interior Buildings, 
     - Certain NPS employees (former Rocky Mountain Region, Denver WASO,  
       and Denver Service Center)  
     - BOR employees in Denver and 
     - BIA Aberdeen schools.  
     
     
     For Employee Express, just call FTS (912/757-3080) or 1(800)827-6254, or 
     use a touch-screen kiosk, available in:

           Main Interior Building, Room 2071 (moving to Room 1019)  
           South Interior Building, Room 44
        -Denver, CO Area

     If you've lost or forgotten your PIN call the Help Desk at (912) 
     757-3030 to have a pin mailed to your home address within the week.  
     After March 31, you'll be able to change that PIN to something you can 
     easily remember!
     
     If you're not in the Pilot group, watch your mail in early May.  Your 
     Employee Express PIN and access instructions will arrive in a plain 
     brown envelope.  Call the above phone numbers to review or change 
     Federal and State tax withholding, net check deposit, allotments, and 
     mailing address.
