Working Capital Fund Investment Plans To: "DC - All District Chiefs", "AO - All Administrative Officers" cc: "A - Division Chief and Staff", "B - Branch Chiefs and Offices" Subject: Working Capital Fund Investment Plans Date: Wed, 06 Mar 1996 17:48:02 -0500 From: "Alice A Sabatini, Administrative Officer, Reston, VA" ****REPLY REQUESTED BY JUNE 30, 1996**** The last day to submit working capital fund investment plans for approval is June 30, 1996. Approval is at the next management level, which for most of you is the Regional Hydrologist. If you have not already done so, please consider how you would use the working capital fund this fiscal year and in out years. Develop a plan and submit it for approval even if you suspect that you may not be able to make the required contribution this fiscal year because of financial difficulties. If it turns out that you cannot, amend your plan accordingly and annotate the plan as to why the contribution could not be made. If at the end of the year, funds are suddenly made available to fund a contribution but you do not have an investment plan in place, you will not be able to put the funding into the working capital fund. Contact Kelly Bradley if you have questions on the working capital fund. Copies of all investment plans must be submitted to Kelly for entry into the Federal Financial System.
