There appears to be some confusion with VISA card cut-off dates.  VISA
has changed the 30 day limit start to the 1st of the month from the 14th 
of the month where it previously started.  The statements will continue 
to be cut-off on the 13th of each month.

Please be advised that this was not coordinated with the Procurement 
Office.  Customer service representatives at VISA have stated that the 
Level II Administrator, Lisa Zukowski, has been informed of the change.  
This does not appear to be the case as Lisa is currently waiting for VISA 
to respond to her inquiries.

This matter is being looked into and we will advise the field when it has 
been resolved.
