Most of the technology transfer funding is multi-year funding.  We neglected
to ask districts to submit a report of how much of this funding will be used
in FY 1996 and how much in FY 1997.  Please make this report directly to this
office (kbradley) by Friday, September 6, 1996 with a cc:  to your Regional
Administrative Officer.  I apologize for the short deadline.  Negative replies
are not required.
