Subject:  Federal Express Contract

The General Services Administration (GSA) will continue to provide the
contract coverage for Domestic Express Small Package Delivery.  Federal
Express Corporation will be the provider of the service under Contract
No. GS-00F-13300.  The extension period runs from November 16, 1995
through May 15, 1996.  All prices, terms and conditions for overnight
delivery services are the same as currently being provided.
