Some employees expressed concern over personal security and breaches of privacy when specific room numbers were listed. The bureau restructured the file for internal administrative use only. Customers then complained that they no longer had ease of access to Survey employees. The Operations Council plans to discuss this issue on Wednesday, July 3, and has asked each member to consolidate a division/office response for that discussion.
