Subject:  Assistance Visit - Health Benefits

As a service to participants in the Federal Employees Health Benefits 
Program, Norman Moore of Blue Cross/Blue Shield will visit the National 
Center to meet with enrollees of the plan to discuss complaints or 
concerns regarding medical bills and to address general questions 
regarding benefits.

He will be at the National Center on Tuesday, August 6 from 1-3 p.m. in
the Bowlin Conference Room, 1B411.  The room is located across from the
Health Unit on the first floor.
