Subject:  EQUIPMENT--pH Measurement of Low-Conductivity 
                     Waters

Office of Water Quality Technical Memorandum 87.03, dated 
February 12, 1987, contained a draft copy of a paper by 
Eurybiades Busenberg and L. Niel Plummer on the subject 
listed above.  The paper has been published as Water-
Resources Investigations Report (WRIR) 87-4060.  Only minor 
editorial changes were made to the manuscript.

A copy of WRIR 87-4060 is being distributed to each District 
Office as an attachment to this memorandum.  Additional 
copies can be obtained from the Books and Open-File Reports 
Section, Federal Center, Box 25425, Denver, Colorado 
(FTS 776-7476).
