Abstract: The University of Massachusetts is partnering with Trout Unlimited and several other institutions to develop The River's Calendar, a citizen science program examining phenological shifts and potential resulting asynchrony in coldwater riparian systems, ecological consequences, and possible links to climate change as a causal factor. Funding is requested to organize and conduct the 3rd of three symposia that will explore scientific, organizational and educational components of this program.
