Abstract: The Iowa Water Center organizes and conducts education and outreach activities throughout the year. The focus of the Iowa Water Center 2011-12 Information Transfer Project will be on educating the public concerning the water resources impacts of more variable and severe climatic events expected in the coming years and decades. Center activities take the form of conferences, scientific poster symposiums, field days, special publications, fact sheets, and informational brochures for educators and the general public.
