Abstract: The primary objective of this project will be to assess the utility and success of the Kentucky River Watershed Watch Program. In particular, the project will 1) assemble volunteer data collected during the last ten years and provide a vehicle for public access through the internet, 2) provide a ten year trend analysis of the data, 3) interview participants in the program as well as affiliated policy makers (e.g. Kentucky River Authority, Kentucky Division of Water) in order to evaluate both the shortcomings and the successes of the program, and 5) provide recommendations related to potential improvement of the program.
