Abstract: The TWRI Information Transfer Program will consist of production of three newsletters, including "Texas Water Resources," "New Waves," "Texas on-Sights," and "Texas Water Savers." Will also include maintenance of the TWRI World Wide Web Site including articles, photos, and technical reports. Internet list servers will be used to communicate with members and other stakeholders on a daily basis. Special publications and projects will be produced as needed.
