Abstract: The scope of this information transfer project is twofold. First, conversion to electronic format of completion reports funded by the institute will continue. These will be put online and made available to all researchers and the general public. Second, the framework for setting up an online regional water resources refereed journal will be investigated. This will be a vehicle for wide dissemination of research completed by the institute as well as other research studies of interest to Rhode Island and New England.
