Abstract
A statewide outreach and information transfer program will provide avenues for significant dissemination and exchange of ideas and opinions among stakeholders in the state and the Pacific Northwest region related to water quantity and quality, including community organizations, tribes, NGO's, state and federal agencies, extension personnel, and university faculty.
