Abstract

The Utah Information Transfer Plan integrates research results produced by Center projects into presentations on the much larger Utah Water Research Laboratory (UWRL) program. The total program transfers information to water professionals with management responsibilities in State of Utah water agencies, federal government, and industry; citizens faced with water management issues; and the State system of public education. Water education is particularly important in helping tomorrow's citizens understand the water management issues that will impact their personal water use decisions and that will set directions in public policy. Further information on each of these three areas is presented below.
