Summary of Budgeteer : Budgeteer.exe is a simple program to read the output files from ZONEBDGT, MODFLOW, MOC3D, SUTRA, and MT3D. It plots the results, and saves the data in forms that can be readily imported into spreadsheet and graphics programs.
Installation instructions: Unzip into any folder
