Beta Version 3 is now available for Delaware
A beta version of StreamStats version 3 is now available for Delaware. Links to both the version 2 and the beta version 3 applications are provided below. Currently, beta version 3 can only delineate drainage basins, compute basin characteristics, and estimate streamflow statistics using regression equations for user-selected sites; however, it provides several new options for quickly locating (zooming into) sites of interest, as well as access to new regression equations for estimating streamflow statistics at user-selected sites, as noted below . Beta version 3 also can provide reports of information for USGS data-collection stations. The version 2 application should be used for all other functionality until version 3 can be made fully functional. Links to user instructions for both applications are provided to the left of this page. Although the results provided by the beta version 3 application for Delaware have been fully quality assured, users may experience some user interface performance issues while version 3 development proceeds.

The report below documents the regression equations available in StreamStats for Delaware, the methods used to develop the equations and to measure the basin characteristics used in the equations, references to GIS data layers used in the analysis, and the errors associated with the estimates obtained from the equations. Users should familiarize themselves with this report before using StreamStats to obtain estimates of streamflow statistics for ungaged sites.
