Welcome Reception and Farewell Reception (Tuesday pm/Thursday pm)
Join your colleagues at the conference Welcome Reception/Hydroacoustics Poster Session on Tuesday evening (6-8pm). The reception will be held in the Grand Ballroom on the Lower Level (LL). Attendees are invited to roam among the posters and exhibits while enjoying hor d'oeurves refreshment.
The Farewell Reception/Surface Water Poster Session will be held on Thursday evening (6-8pm). The reception will be held in the Grand Ballroom on the Lower Level (LL). Attendees are invited to roam among the posters and exhibits while enjoying hor d'oeurves refreshment. This reception will also feature the presentation of awards for the Photo Contest.
St. Louis Cardinals Baseball Game (Wednesday pm)
A block of 50 tickets have been held for conference atendees for the Wednesday evening game (7:00pm), St. Louis Cardinals versus the New York Mets.
Individual tickets are available for this section through the ticket office. It is suggested that you order before March 3 when individual tickets will go on sale to the public.

Gateway Arch Riverboat Dinner Cruise (Wednesday pm)
There will be an optional dinner cruise on Wednesday, April 4th, with Gateway Arch Riverboats. This two-hour cruise will feature live entertainment and dinner. The cruise dock is a short walk from the hotel just past the Arch and the cost is $38 per person (inclusive). The entertainment will be the Dixieland Duo (piano & banjo player).

*There is no option to change your menu choice once on the vessel.
The cruise will begin boarding at 7:00pm and will depart at 7:30pm. We will return at 9:30pm.
If you would like to attend, please register and indicate your meal preference on the registration form. If you do not enter any preference, Roast Prime Rib of Beef, Au Jus will automatically be selected for you.
Please register each person attending the dinner cruise. Spouses do not have to be registered for the conference to register for the dinner cruise.
Please include the $38 per person with your Hospitality Fee.
