Conference Registration and Costs

Registration for the National Surface-Water Conference and Hydroacoustics Workshop

All attendees will need to register and pay a $250 registration fee and a $30 hospitality fee. Training courses will also have a fee to be paid for by those who take those courses.

The $250 registration fee is to offset the cost of the conference. Registration and training fees will be collected through the Standard Voucher (SV) process for USGS attendees, through charges to government credit cards for non-USGS Federal attendees (please call Annette Ledford to file the form (703)648-5303 or fax to (703)648-6693 attn: Annette Ledford), or through personal check for non-Federal attendees.

All Hospitality and Field Trip fees and the cost for the Dinner Cruise will be collected through personal checks payable to The Engineering Foundation of St. Louis. After registering, please print your email confirmation and mail it to the indicated address below with a personal check for the applicable fees made out to the The Engineering Foundation of St. Louis. Please mail your check no later than March 21, 2007, to:

If your spouse/companion will be accompanying you to one or both of the receptions, please include either $15 for one reception or $30 for both receptions with your check. (This fee will only be split for non-attendees.)

Hotel Reservations

Over-Flow Hotel Information

All attendees are responsible for making their own lodging and travel arrangements. Hotel reservations should be made no later than March 1, 2007. Guests may call the Millennium Hotel toll free at (800)325-7353 to make reservations using group code "SURFACE". Guests may also make reservations via the internet at the Millennium Reservations Website or by going to www.millenniumhotels.com/stlouis and enter the group code SURFACE were prompted. To avoid paying State taxes, you need to provide the hotel with a Missouri Hotel Tax Exemption Certificate upon check in. Fill in your WSC address and sign. The lodging rate is $103 per night.
