Exhibitors Registration and Costs
The Conference Exhibit Rules and Agreement provides exhibit layout, schedules, shipping, and set up information. In general, all exhibitors will need to register and pay a $750 exhibitor fee (exhibit space plus one representative) plus $250 for each additional representative. The fee includes the hospitality reception fees. After registering, please print your email confirmation and mail it to the indicated address with a check for the correct amount made out to the The Engineering Foundation of St. Louis. Please mail your registration check no later than March 1, 2007, to:

All attendees are responsible for making individual lodging and travel arrangements. Hotel reservations should be made no later than March 1, 2007. Exhibitors may call the Millennium Hotel toll free at (800)325-7353 to make reservations using group code "SURFACE". Exhibitors may also make reservations via the internet at the Reservations Website or by going to www.millenniumhotels.com/stlouis and enter the group code "SURFACE" where prompted. The lodging rate is $103 per night.
