Gateway Arch

The 2007 National Surface-Water Conference and Hydroacoustics Workshop will be held April 2-6, 2007 in St. Louis, Missouri, and is sponsored by the USGS, the Office of Surface Water, the Hydroacoustics Work Group (HAWG), and the Engineers' Club of St. Louis. This conference and workshop is a follow on to the OSW National Surface Water meeting in San Antonio, Texas in November 2003 and the Hydroacoustics Workshop in San Diego, California in March 2004. Both of these previous meetings were extremely successful in bringing together interested surface water scientist and program managers to share information and promote technology transfer.

The St. Louis conference and workshop will explore critical issues in hydrology that face our Nation and the world. This joint conference is intended to provide scientists and managers (both hydrologic technicians and hydrologists) an opportunity to learn about and to share their experiences, research, and analysis in surface water related topics such as surface water hydrology, hydraulics, geomorphology, and hydroacoustics. In addition, training will be provided and field trips will be offered.

PLEASE NOTE: No refunds after March 20, 2007.
