Drainage area: 69,200 square miles, approximately. Mean elevation, 5,400 ft.
Location: In NW¬SE¬ sec.31, T.11 N., R.5 W., Washington County, on right bank, at upstream side of U.S. Highway 30N bridge at Weiser, 0.7 mi downstream from Weiser River, and at mile 351.3.
Period of Record: October 1910 to current year. Fragmentary gage-height record obtained by U.S. Weather Bureau since 1895. Monthly discharge only for October 1910, published in WSP 1317. 1975.
Gage Information: Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 2,086.64 ft above sea level. Prior to Oct. 1, 1914, nonrecording gage 0.2 mi downstream at different datum. Oct. 1, 1914 to Oct. 11, 1933, nonrecording gage, and Oct. 12, 1933 to Apr. 13, 1964, water-stage recorder, at site 0.3 mi upstream at same datum.
