Drainage area: 689 square miles.
Location: In NEŽSWŽSEŽ sec.23, T.26 S., R.28 E., Eddy County, near center of channel on downstream side of pier of bridge on U.S. Highway 285, 2.1 mi north of the New Mexico-Texas State line, 3.6 mi southwest of Red Bluff, 3.7 mi upstream from mouth and 14 mi south of Malaga. Mouth at Pecos River mile 405.6.
Period of Record: April 1912 to September 1913, May 1914 to June 1915, October 1937 to current year. Published as "near Malaga" 1912-13, and as "near Angeles, Tex." 1914-15.
Gage Information: Water-stage recorder. Elevation of gage is 2,900.66 ft above National Geodetic Vertical Datum of 1929 (U.S. Boundary Commission post). Prior to May 1914, at site 3.0 mi upstream at different datum. May 1914 to June 1915, at site 2.5 mi downstream at different datum.
