Location: Monroe County, on left bank 400 ft upstream from highway bridge at Alderson, 0.5 mi upstream from Muddy Creek, and at mile 29.2.
Period of Record: July 1895 to current year. Monthly discharge only for some periods, published in WSP 1305. 1930-41. WSP 1275: 1897, 1905, 1910, 1914(M), 1915-16, 1917(M), 1919-20(M), 1924-25(M), 1927(M), 1929, 1949, WDR WV-82-1: Drainage area.
Gage Information: Water-stage recorder. Datum of gage is 1,529.42 ft above sea level. Prior to Oct. 15, 1929, nonrecording gage at bridge 400 ft downstream at same datum.
