MFI2005: Data input program for MODFLOW-2005

Overview of MFI2005

MFI2005 is a data input (entry) program for the USGS modular three-dimensional finite-difference groundwater model, MODFLOW-2005. Data for MODPATH, a particle tracking program for use with MODFLOW, can also be entered using MFI2005. MFI2005 supports parameter estimation using the UCODE_2005 program for parameter estimation.

MFI2005 is designed to be easy to use. It can also be used in conjunction with other programs so that the different parts of a model data set can be entered using the most suitable program. Data are entered in MFI2005 interactively through a series of display screens.
