This version is a stand alone version, which includes all packages of MF2K v. 1.15.03

* MF2K version 1.15.03 (5/16/06):
  - FMP1 calls (double precision: same as Ned Banta's DP for MNW - RZ);
  - if SFR1 is used jointly: statements that allow a pre-development a iteration only using SFR1 ahead of FMP1;
 
* SFR1 version 1.4:
  - includes an additional option to compute streambed elevation for canal reaches
    (streambed slope follows the slope of ground surface at a defined depth)
    
* MNW version 03/08/2006:
  - double precision completed by Ned Banta.
  
* FMP1: features in addition to FMP1 report
  without compromising any of the input instructions described in the FMP1 report:
  - matrix of efficiencies (farm ID x crop type ID);
  - non-irrigation crops are designated by a 1 in a binary column, which
    is read to the right of the consumptive use list (item 27) or crop list (item 15).
    
 * HYDMOD version 1.10 05/16/06:
   - timeseries from subsidence package added (SUB1);
   - timeseries from streamflow routing package added (SFR1).

* Hydrologic Observations version (HOBS) 05/16/06:
	- length of Observation Names increased from 12 to 18 characters to 
	  accomodate 12-digit Well ID combined with 6-digit date (ex. MMDDYY)
