NAWQA--Informing water-resource management and protection decisions
Describes how NAWQA information provides an unbiased scientific basis for managers, planners, and policy makers at all levels--local, state, and national--to make decisions for the protection of drinking water, the health of aquatic ecosystems, and for resource management.

Studies by NAWQA in nearly 120 agricultural and 35 urban watersheds show that nonpoint chemical contamination is an agricultural and urban issue.
