  These data files are ascii files in fixed column format. The header at the top of each file describes the variables contained in the file. The data files are not intended for viewing in a browser; they are designed for you to download and manipulate on your local system. However, we have provided small extracts of each file showing the header lines and a few records that are designed for viewing in a browser.
