Subject:  PUBLICATIONS - Hydrogeologic Evaluation of Solid Waste
                         Disposal in South Central Wisconsin, by
                         Alexander Zaporozec.

Enclosed is a copy of the subject report which was prepared by
Alexander Zaporozec for the Wisconsin Department of Natural
Resources.  Although the report is about landfill sites in a
relatively cool, humid area, the basic theories and processes
discussed are applicable to most regions in the United States.
The sections on evaluation of site factors and information
requirements should be useful to anyone studying existing or
potential waste disposal sites.
