Subject:  PUBLICATIONS:  Article entitled "Ground Water" by
                         M. S. Bedinger, in Corps of Engineers
                         Magazine

Enclosed is a copy of the Spring 1975 issue of the Corps of
Engineers Water Spectrum magazine with an article by Doug Bedinger
of the Colorado district on p. 19-26 that marks the first in a
series to be contributed by WRD hydrologists.  The next issue will
contain Hugh Hudson's (CR Headquarters) article on water for
Wyoming's coal development.  A subsequence article will be on the
Tennessee-Tombigbee project, to be authored by J. V. Brahana of
the Mississippi district.  Issues carrying articles by WRD
personnel will be sent to you.
