Subject:  PUBLICATIONS - WRD Technical Manual Series:  Request for
                         comments on Chapter B-1, Book 3.

Copies of the preliminary edition of the subject manual ("Aquifer
test design, observation, and data analysis") were distributed by
GWB Memo 69.9 (February 19, 1969).  The author is now revising the
manual preparatory to publication in final form.  Please send any
editorial or technical corrections or comments you may have to
R. W. Stallman, WRD, Denver, Colorado by August 29, 1969.  In
order to keep correspondence to a minimum, each District should
prepare a composite reply of all the individual comments made by
District personnel.  In order to insure that all suggestions are
considered, negative replies are requested.
