GROUND WATER BRANCH MEMORANDUM NO. 58.19

To:       District Chiefs and Staff Officials, Ground Water Branch

It is requested that you submit to this office a complete
annotated bibliography for all personnel in your District
including the District Supervisor.

The bibliography is to be done in Survey style, and therefore will
include the number of pages, plates, tables, and figures in each
report.  For style, you may refer to Water Supply Paper 992.
Reports consisting only of tabulations of basic data are not to be
included; for example, Water Supply Papers concerned with water
levels and artesian pressure in observation wells in the United
States.  The reports cited are to be arranged and numbered under
the following headings, as appropriate:
