A raster was created from the contours of the altitude of the top of the Trinidad Sandstone, sir-06-5129_alt_top_trinidad_con, using the ESRI ArcGIS ArcInfo Workstation command, Topogridtool. 20060313 The raster data for the altitude of top of the Trinidad Sandstone was subtracted from raster data for land-surface altitude, using the ESRI ArcGIS Spatial Analyst extesnion, Math command, Minus, to create raster data for depth to the top of the Trinidad Sandstone. 20060313 Contours were generated from the raster data, using the ESRI ArcGIS ArcMap, Spatial Analyst Tools, Surface function, Contour. 20060313 Contours were clipped to the study area to coincide with the distribution of data points that were used to create the raster of the altitude of the top of the Trinidad Sandstone. 20060313 The contour lines were exported to a coverage, using the ESRI ArcGIS ArcMap Conversion Tools Feature Class To Coverage command. 20060313 The coverage was edited using the ESRI ArcGIS ArcInfo Workstation ArcEdit module.
