The Stream Flow Basin Characteristics file contains information
about the drainage basins of selected USGS gaging stations.
Data elements of this file were converted into an ARC/INFO point
coverate. Data are current as of 1986.

the WATSTORE files.

match real-world features and woiuld be related to the concept
of the National Map Accuracy Standard -- xx% of well-defined
